Importing Data

System Administrators have the option of using existing Student Information System data. Fields of information include ID#, Surname, Given Name, Elementary School, Elementary SERT, Elementary Teacher. Additional fields include Secondary School course selections and/or timetabled courses, room numbers and teachers' names.

Each School can create a text file that will expedite data entry by identifying Secondary SERTs, Feeder Schools & Elementary Teachers. There is also the ability to identify a Secondary School's Extra Curricular activities.

Prepared in advance, these text files can then be imported into the Transition Program to expedite input by teachers and improve feedback on students.
