Secondary - How would you like to know more about your incoming first year’s?

Elementary - How would you like your local high school to know more about your departing senior’s?

This very simple to administer & use program will allow your senior elementary teachers to enter some critical information about their students. Secondary school staff can then merge all records together to have a comprehensive database for all incoming first year’s.

Dr. Ferguson identified a number of key “look fors” that may help to identify potential Early School Leavers. Secondary Schools can have this information about all of their incoming students before they arrive. Department Leaders can print a list of the teacher-recommended level for each first year student. Student Success Teachers can work from a list of students identified as at risk… before the students arrive in September. Guidance staff can timetable students for a successful first semester (based on student strengths & interests).

We have done it since 2006! You can do it for 2009!

• Elementary teachers can enter from any school computer
• Secondary teachers can browse records from any school computer
• Coaches can look for incoming athletes
• Music teachers can look for incoming musicians and vocalists
• Departments can preview the recommended versus chosen levels for the entire cohort
• SST’s can identify students at risk in June before they arrive

Guidance can adjust timetables for success before the students get their copy in June.
